- Unboxing, labeling, and staging equipment
- Installing servers, switches, and network gear into racks
- Rack-level power and cabling connections
- Basic smart-hands support (KVM setup, switch/router configuration support)
Typically supplied by customer
- Hardware, licenses, network architecture and design, remote engineering oversight.
Environments & scale
- Single-rack refreshes up to multi-rack, multi-site rollouts across enterprise, hyperscale, and colocation data centers
Handover
- Inventory and DOA testing, structured progress reporting, formal customer sign-off before invoicing
